We have an immediate opportunity in our Boston, MA territory for:

Total Ventilation Clinical Specialist, RRT - New England
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the TVS message to customers at trade shows, scheduled demonstrations and other pre and post-sale opportunities.
  • Work within a Local Account Team (Account Manager, Regional Manager, Healthcare Development Specialist, and Service) to develop product penetration strategies.
  • Make cold calls into less penetrated areas and develop clinical relationships which would evolve into sales opportunities.
  • Assess customer needs, gather information and make recommendations to help solve problems for customers.
  • Be accountable for presentations to customers, and complete demonstrations and evaluations with the Account Manager.
  • Act as a training resource to sales to enhance clinical sales skills and product presentations/in-service sessions.
  • Deliver educational materials, conducts clinical workshops, give presentations to educate internal and external customers on the types of medical problems addressed by the products of the company.
  • Provide insight to product managers and engineers on information gained from customer contacts.
  • May educate associates on company products, and the specific anatomies, physiology and health problems.
  • Utilize existing educational materials to customize training for key customers as needed.
  • Participate with the Account Manager in strategic selling situations and extensively in pre-sale and post sales activities as requested by the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements:
  • A.S. or certificate level education and professional credentials in clinical fields related to the products or services offered by the company.
  • B. A. or B.S. level degree in a discipline that supports the delivery of training, educational or customer service programs preferred.
  • 5+ years of Critical Care clinically related experience in a market segment target by the company.
  • Previous sales experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others by a variety of mediums including, but not limited to telephones, Internet, written correspondence, etc.
  • Extensive travel (75-90%).
