Once the payment has been received we will contact you either by email or phone. We
will arrange the details of your listing (for example the start date and how to send your posting to CTSRC.ORG). The listing will
begin a minimum of 4 days after the receipt of the appropriate ad file. If you have any questions, please feel free to

Advertisements furnished by CTSRC MEMBERS*:
$100 for one month
$150 for two months
$200 for three months
Advertisements furnished by
NON-CTSRC MEMBERS:
$200 for one month
$300 for two months
$400 for three months
* For discounts, HR departments can send the listing using a valid CTSRC member's number (AARC #) or the
member can submit it on behalf of the institution. Place a listing now.
Text Listing:
Preferred file types are
Microsoft Word (.doc) and plain
text (.txt) files.
Graphic Ad Requirements:
If you were to use a graphic to represent your employment posting or institution, these are the following
requirements:
Size - 250 pixel width, 150 pixel height
File Type - .gif* or .jpg
*If it is animated, please keep it a maximum of 4 loops.
