Each year the CTSRC presents the Robert O’Neil Award for Outstanding Vendor.  The CTSRC Officers and Board of Directors felt that this year was very different than any years we have experienced and that in addition to our outstanding vendor award, a special recognition was in order for a vendor that was outstanding in customer service during our Covid 19 crisis.

The recipient of this award should be a vendor who possesses the following qualities:

  1. Provided outstanding customer service during the COVID-19 crisis

  2. Maintained professionalism and a positive outlook throughout the crisis

  3. Supported Respiratory Managers/staff with assistance procuring backordered equipment by supplying information to obtain a substitute

  4. Assisted with out of the box thinking for substitute of supplies even if it included another vendor
