If you attended the CTSRC Super Symposium in May and have not completed the speaker evaluation and CEU form (this is all in the same form), then you have until JULY 1st. This is the deadline for entering your CEUs. After that date, no matter what your excuse, the CTSRC will not be able to validate your CEUs. So if you have not done it already, so it TODAY! the speaker evaluation can be found under the events tab on the CTSRC web page.
