This was a message sent to the CTSRC from Camp Promise.
My name is Shannon Healey and I’m the Registrar for Camp Promise (www.camppromise.org), a one-week overnight camp in Coventry, CT for youth and young adults with muscular dystrophy and other select neuromuscular diseases.
We are currently looking for a licensed RT (or students with the supervision of a licensed RT) to join our medical team as a volunteer for camp, as many of our campers use respiratory equipment to help improve their quality of life.
The dates for camp are July 1- July 7, 2018; ideally, we would love if a person would be available for the entire week but understand that’s a significant commitment and would welcome any support.
If you know of anyone who might be interested or have a contact or resource I should look into, I would greatly appreciate you sharing my information.
